What do we do for you?

Create learning experiences (e.g., conferences, workshops, lectures) and online resources with focus, scale, duration, and format consistent with the objectives and needs of organizational partners, individuals, departments, programs, and communities of practice

Provide planning expertise and logistical oversight to educational conferences

Consult on the design and implementation of curricula in any learning environment, in order to foster continuous improvement among healthcare providers and medical educators

Promote teaching as a scholarly activity while providing a crucible for innovation and nurturing UNM School of Medicine faculty, residents, fellows, students, and post-doctoral scholars for roles in curriculum design, education scholarship, and education leadership through Medical Education Scholars and the Scholarship in Education Allocations Committee

Stimulate and inform transformative change initiatives in patient care, quality improvement, community health, and teaching/learning to meet the mission of the UNM School of Medicine
