This course will use lecture and laboratory format s to review the anatomy and kinesiology of the upper extremity and cervicothoracic spine. The goal of the course is to emphasize anatomical relationships in order to enhance the participant's clinical practice. The morning lectures will present an overview of upper quarter anatomy and key kinesiology concepts followed by a session on clay anatomy. The afternoon laboratory session will be dedicated to the identification of musculoskeletal and neurovascular structures on prosected donors, cross sections, and medical imaging. At the conclusion of the course, participants will have acquired a thorough knowledge of upper quarter anatomy and kinesiology from various perspectives.
