Who is eligible for the program?

Faculty members interested in learning more about mentoring strategies are eligible to participate in the program.

What does the program involve?

• Faculty ECHO is a program consisting of multiple components which each focus on a different aspect of mentoring. There are components available for both faculty mentoring faculty and faculty mentoring learners.
• Available components:
  • Cross-Cultural Mentoring (Faculty Mentoring Faculty and Faculty Mentoring Learners) Begins January 8, 2025
  • Mentor Development (Faculty Mentoring Faculty) Begins March 5, 2025
  • Mentoring Networks (Faculty Mentoring Faculty) Begins April 30, 2025
  • Mentor Development (Faculty Mentoring Learners) Begins August 2025
  • Mentoring Networks (Faculty Mentoring Learners) Begins October 2025
• These training programs can help you become a more skillful mentor. Effectiveness of training programs is published.
