Presentation titled WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BODY IMAGE will cover:

Definition of terms (body image, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, body positivity, weight stigma, weight inclusivity)
Factors that influence an individual’s body image (health information, cultural and familial factors, social factors, biological factors)
Eating Disorders: definitions what we commonly see in our offices, as well as role of body image
Things providers can do to help: what patients with body image issues and/or eating disorders would like providers to know
