BSPH Program Requirements

To qualify for the BSPH program, you must:

• A minimum of 30 hours of coursework completed online at UNM
  (UNM Residency Requirement)
• 50% of the Major must be completed at UNM
• 25% of the Minor must be completed at UNM
• Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or better

Areas of Focus or Minor (12-18 Credit Hours)

Specialize in areas such as Biostatistics, Community Health Education, Environmental Health, Health Policy, and more.

These courses are in addition to the general education curriculum m found in the UNM Course Catalog, to complete a minimum of 60 credit hours for accreditation.
