Delivering an ultrasensitive biomarker measurement that you can count on.
The Simoa HD-X Analyzer™ is the latest model of the fully automated Simoa bead-based immunoassay platform. Reengineered, the platform's ultrasensitivity and dependability empower researchers with 1000x greater sensitivity than traditional immunoassays. HD-X Analyzer can be used to measure biomarkers in human and animal samples (serum, plasma, CSF, and brain lysates).
The HD-X is the world’s most sensitive, fully automated immunoassay platform with multiplexing and custom assay capabilities. Using a bead-based immunoassay platform, the new flagship HD-X Analyzer delivers major productivity enhancements, greater user flexibility, unparalleled sensitivity, and best-in-class assay performance across a broad assay selection to empower biomarker research and accelerate drug development.
Ultra-Sensitivity
The HD-X has an average of 1000x greater sensitivity than traditional immunoassays. Quanterix’s digital biomarker detection technology is giving researchers the ability to examine critical proteins and nucleic acids at ultra low, sometimes baseline, levels, in most common sample types.
Automation
Running traditional immunoassays is a largely manual process, making it a time-consuming task. The HD-X Analyzer performs all steps of the assay (other than loading your plate/loading the machine) which not only improves the efficiency of running the immunoassay, but also minimizes the variability of results common in manual approaches.
Multiplexing
The HD-X Analyzer is capable of measuring up to 6 biomarkers in a single assay. This provides sample preservation without sacrificing sensitivity or precision.
Precision
Due to the digital nature of the HD-X and the consistency through automation, CV’s are below 10%
Dynamic Range
The proprietary algorithm uses both digital measurements at low concentrations and analog measurements at higher concentrations, allowing a remarkable dynamic range of >4 logs.
Homebrew Assays
Quanterix helps users develop and optimize their own assays to be run on the HD-X Analyzer.
Full Service
Everything is handed to our research staff (plate layout, samples, supplies, and Simoa Kit), a staff member will run the full experiment and return the data to you.
Partial Service
An already prepped plate is handed to our research staff, along with a plate layout, supplies, and the Simoa Kit, they insert items into the HD-X, and return the data to you.
The disk packs (plates, tips, disks, and cuvettes) run about $1,144.50 each and the buffer sets are $270.00 each based on rates from Spring 2023. Disk packs and buffer set pricing constantly changing. Please refer to Quanterix website for current pricing.
All users must submit a signed MOU for each project.
