Determine how social determinants of health contribute to race disparities in kidney transplantation

Evaluate the role of the built environment, including neighborhood healthy food access, neighborhood walkability, and neighborhood racial segregation on kidney disease

Comparing outcomes and costs of kidney transplantation between undocumented immigrants and U.S. citizens

Compare the efficacy and cost- effectiveness of two approaches to help Latino and American Indian patients overcome barriers to completing transplant evaluation and receiving a kidney transplant

Test the efficacy and cost effectiveness of a community-engaged, language and culturally concordant community health worker intervention to reduce kidney health disparities for Latinos with advanced chronic kidney disease.
