The Neurogenetics Lab focuses on gaining a better understanding of neurogenetic diseases in children. We are working to develop translational techniques that will help children with rare genetic abnormalities.
Our laboratory is focused on gaining a better understanding of neurogenetic diseases in children. We are working to develop translational techniques that will help children with developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEE), many of which are caused by rare genetic abnormalities. Using genetic diagnoses and state-of-the-art, we have hope that many disease which were previously untreatable will soon be cured.
