Once the fee has been paid and a request and posting emailed to the address below, the posting will be placed on our website for 90 days.

Bio-Physical Health Director
Bio-Physical health director must hold a valid license from the State of New Mexico, follow all policies and procedures laid out in the TTC employee handbook and a caseload based on the following:
Position Summary:
The Bio-Physical health director provides the leadership to effectively grow the Bio-Physical health services by ensuring clinical excellence, operating efficiency, and financial strength. This includes leadership in developing a strong Bio-Physical health team and partnership with TTC President to ensure the clinical excellence and operational performance of the Bio-Physical health services. The Bio-physical health director is also responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a strategic plan to ensure the success of Bio-Physical health services’, clinical, financial, and overall operating performance, and successful growth. Bio-Physical health director directs, administers, and coordinates the overall operations of the services, including the goals and objectives established by TTC President.

Job Title: BioPhysical Occupational Therapist
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Summary: In addition to providing individual, group and/or family therapy, the Clinician participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning by developing an annual comprehensive psychosocial assessment, quarterly treatment plans, and documentation for each Client, the Clinician will participate in individual supervision, team consultation and team meetings.

Organizational Structure: TTC is governed by its CEO and COO who oversee the corporation as a whole. TTC houses multiple departments. Each department has its own Director and Assistant Director (when necessary). Individual Clinicians may refer to their contracts for who their direct supervisor is and when applicable who their supervisees are.
Clinicians are the direct care providers within the organization. They are supported by an administrative and supervisory staff, but they remain the primary face of the organization. It is important that Clinicians maintain consistency, professionalism and kindness when interacting with other staff and clients.
Supervision Requirements: Each Clinician is required to attend individual supervision as stipulated within their individual contract.
Training Expectations: Each Clinician is expected to fulfill all continuing education requirements for all current licenses and certifications. It is expected that ongoing training will support their trauma focus at TTC as well as increase their scope of practice.
