Yvette is a Senior Clinical Nutritionist and experienced Clinical Pediatric Dietitian with over 20 years of dedicated service in pediatric nutrition. She currently works at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, where she plays a key role in both the Continuum of Care Ketogenic Diet Clinic and the Department of Pediatrics Pulmonary Clinics.
