During the first year of the Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act, the Administrative Office of the Courts coordinated regional meetings, oversaw the completion of the Enhanced Sequential Intercept Model (E-SIM) Mapping and Prioritization Workshops and coordinated the development of regional plans. It also provided regular updates about the BHRIA’s progress through that period. Beginning in Year 2, the AOC will work collaboratively with the Health Care Authority (HCA) and Legislative Finance Committee (LFC) to further implementation of the regional behavioral health plans.
