Legislative Finance Committee (LFC)

The Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act (BHRIA) specifies that the Legislative Finance Committee (LFC) shall provide initial evaluation guidelines, which can be amended or updated, for regional behavioral health plans. The LFC will work in consultation with the Administrative Office of the Courts to confirm whether or not each behavioral health service in a regional plan meets the evaluation guidelines as set forth in the BHRIA.
