Per section D125 of the Faculty Handbook, grades are expected to be entered within 48 hours after the final exam or last meeting day for all courses. Reporting grades during the LoboWeb reporting period is the most efficient way to report grades. LoboWeb Grade entry opens at 5PM on the last day of classes for the Part of Term (Full Term, 1st Half, 2nd Half, etc.). Grade entry in LoboWeb remain open for approximately one (1) week (specific closing dates are announced each Term) after the end of the Term.
After LoboWeb grade entry closes, any students missing grades will be assigned a "Not Recorded" grade. These NR grades have a significant impact on our students:
Before the term’s grade entry deadline:
After grade entry deadline for the term (and within 3 semesters of the course ending):
Faculty can enter grades for courses using the LoboWeb method for 3 terms after the course end date:
After three semesters of the course ending:
After faculty entry in LoboWeb has closed, email the course number, CRN, term, student name, and student grade to somreo@salud.unm.edu. BREP Staff will coordinate grade entry with the HSC Registrar and confirm with the instructor/student once the grade has posted.
Consult this fast-info page for more information on grade entry: LINK (https://unm-student.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3525).
Only the Course Director can do an override for a student to take a course. If you are the instructor of record, the course will show up in your list of courses on LoboWeb and you can do the following override.
