To provide a consistent experience for attendees, we ask speakers to adhere to the following expectations:

• Presentation Length: 45 minutes
• Audience Questions and Discussion: 15 minutes
• Total Session Time: 60 minutes
• Presentations should be educational, evidence-based, and relevant to the conference audience.
• Commercial promotion of products or services is not permitted.
• Presenters are encouraged to include practical examples, case studies, and interactive discussion where appropriate.

Conference attendees frequently request presentation materials following the event.

Event Coordinator will request authorization to share slides with attendees post conference or ask speaker to prepare a separate attendee version, handout, or summary document that can be shared with registered attendees following the conference. Materials distributed to attendees will be used solely for educational purposes associated with the conference.

• Please note: The conference will be live-streamed via Zoom Webinar and recorded for educational purposes. Speakers who do not grant permission for post-conference distribution of presentation materials will have their presentation recording excluded from any materials shared with attendees following the conference.

If presenting virtually, speakers will be asked to participate in a brief technology check prior to the conference to ensure audio, video, and presentation-sharing functionality are working properly.
