To provide a consistent experience for attendees, we ask speakers to adhere to the following expectations:
Conference attendees frequently request presentation materials following the event.
Event Coordinator will request authorization to share slides with attendees post conference or ask speaker to prepare a separate attendee version, handout, or summary document that can be shared with registered attendees following the conference. Materials distributed to attendees will be used solely for educational purposes associated with the conference.
