The Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance (AREA) Biosciences Advisory Council brings together leaders with deep expertise in business innovation, industry strategy, and growth execution. This diverse group provides strategic guidance to help position the greater Albuquerque region as a competitive hub for bioscience.
The council is chaired by Dr. Hengameh Raissy, Vice President for Research at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center (UNM HSC), with Ryan Cangiolosi, Director of Economic and Community Development at the UNM HSC, serving as Vice Chair.
