During the weeks leading up to, during, and after Compliance Week, the UNM Health & Health Sciences Compliance Department will be publishing informational articles focused on various compliance-related topics. Articles will be published during the weeks of October 23, October 30, November 6, and November 20, 2023 in the following communication outlets: UNM Health News, UNMH Special Delivery, SRMC Monday Briefing, and UNMMG Weekly Update.

This year we are excited to challenge all UNM Health and Health Sciences (UNM H&HS) staff, faculty, and learners to complete their annual compliance-related training/competencies between October 22 through November 8, 2023 (midnight).
The first 50 individuals from each of the four UNM H&HS entities were eligible to receive a data blocker kit and other compliance week "swag".
We strive for a 100% completion rate before the year's end and send a huge THANK YOU to those who have already completed their required annual compliance training/competencies prior to 10/22/2023!

For the first time ever, UNM's Compliance, Ethics, & Equal Opportunity Office (CEEO) recognized four individuals as ACE (Advancing Compliance and Ethics) Champions. ACE champions are individuals across campus who dedicate their work in Advancing Compliance and Ethics and make UNM a better place to work and learn.
