UNM Resources

• LoboCare – LoboCare Clinic was established to meet the acute and episodic medical needs of employees of UNM and UNM Hospital as well as the spouses and dependents of these employees. All patients should have a Primary Care Provider (PCP) and see their PCP when possible. Interns and residents can also use LoboCare for primary care. • UNM Employee Wellness Consultation Services (Faculty & Staff) – Benefits & Employee Wellness offers complimentary individual counseling to benefits-eligible faculty and staff. Offerings include Nutrition Counseling, Fitness Counseling, and Health & Wellness Counseling. Counseling sessions are 1-hour in length. • Personal Training @ Johnson Gym – Are you interested in starting a fitness program designed for your own personal needs and flexible to your busy schedule? Learning about the proper training skills needed for health and well-being? Familiarizing yourself with different machines and equipment? Toning and shaping? Strength or sport specific training? If yes, then you need a personal trainer! • New Mexico Sports and Wellness Health & Fitness Courses – In partnership with New Mexico Sports and Wellness, UNM Continuing Education is offering 24-week and 48-week fitness courses that include a membership to New Mexico Sports and Wellness. The course happens over Zoom on Tuesdays from 12:30pm–1:30pm. For more information about the 24-week course, follow the link above, and follow this link for more information about the 48-week course.
