Kristin was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She stayed close to home to complete both her undergraduate studies and Doctor of Pharmacy Degree at the University of New Mexico. Kristin is passionate about advancing care in oncology and hopes to build a career in this specialty. Outside of her professional interests, she enjoys cooking new recipes, playing video games, and hiking in the San Juan Mountains.
Chelsea was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and her PharmD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (go tar heels!). Her professional interests include pediatrics and oncology. In her free time, she enjoys painting/drawing, cooking, going to farmers markets, and trying new restaurants and exploring Albuquerque.
Miranda was born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico (the OG Vegas). She earned both a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico. Miranda is passionate about ambulatory care and academia, with plans to pursue her Pharmacist Clinician license to expand her clinical scope. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys hunting down the perfect matcha, traveling, hybrid training, and spending time with family and friends in the Land of Enchantment.
Isaac was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science at Northern Arizona University. He earned his Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of New Mexico. His professional interests include ambulatory care, academia, and internal medicine. He plans to pursue a pharmacist clinician certification. In his free time, he enjoys exploring National Parks, rock climbing, and spending time with friends and family.
Josue grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Utah College of Pharmacy (Go Utes). His professional interests include oncology and emergency medicine. In his free time, he enjoys making pottery, hiking, exploring the outdoors, and finding the best local coffee shops.
Devin is from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico. His professional interest is in ambulatory care and he hopes to obtain his Pharmacist Clinician (PhC) license. He enjoys travelling, playing video games and working out.
Kaitlyn was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She earned her BS in Biology, BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of New Mexico. Her professional interests include pediatrics, ambulatory care, transplant and critical care. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family, playing board and card games, and traveling.
Abby grew up in Dallas, Texas. She earned her B.S. in Genetics and Biology at Texas A&M University (whoop!) and her Pharm.D. at the University of Texas at Austin. She also completed her PGY1 here at UNMH. Her professional interests include hematology & oncology, LGBTQ+ health, and academia. In her free time, she enjoys cooking new recipes and hiking with her dog, Oggy.
Anthony grew up in Olney, Illinois. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). He completed his PGY1 at UNMH and is excited to continue his residency journey as the PGY2 Ambulatory Care resident. His professional interests include academia, nephrology, and rheumatology. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, playing video games, and exploring the Southwest.
Garrett grew up in Paola, Kansas. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of Kansas. He completed his PGY1 at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City located in Kansas City, Missouri and is excited to begin his journey at UNMH as the PGY2 critical care resident. His professional interests include neurology, medical intensive care, and emergency medicine. When he isn’t working, Garrett enjoys reading, going on hikes with his Border Collie, and exploring Albuquerque.
Brent grew up in Kaneohe, Hawaii. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Creighton University (Go Jays!). He completed his PGY1 training at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, Oregon and is excited to continue his training at UNMH as the PGY2 emergency medicine resident. His professional interests include psychiatry and all things emergency medicine. In his free time, Brent likes to explore Albuquerque’s hiking and food scene. He also enjoys cooking, video games, tennis/pickleball, and relaxing with his cats.
Natasha grew up in Crown Point, IN. She earned her BS in Biology at Indiana University and her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Michigan (Go Blue!). She completed her PGY1 at Henry Ford St. John Hospital in Detroit, MI and is excited to continue her residency journey as the PGY2 THM resident at UNMH. In her free time, Natasha enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, trying new restaurants, cooking, and traveling.
Tobin grew up in West Nyack, NY. He earned is Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He completed his PGY1 residency at Waterbury Hospital in Waterbury, CT and is currently pursuing a PGY2 residency in Pharmacy Informatics. His professional interests include clinical design support tools and medication safety. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, hiking and catching up on TV shows.
Emily was born in Phoenix, Arizona and spent most of her childhood there. She later moved to Birmingham, Alabama where she attended Samford University. There she earned both Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees. She completed her PGY1 training at UNMH and is continuing her training at UNMH as the infectious diseases PGY2 pharmacy resident. Apart from her professional interests, Emily enjoys spending time at the beach, growing flowers on her back patio, going to car shows, and traveling to new places.
Lauren grew up in Sandy, Utah. She earned her BS in Biology at the University of Utah and her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 at University of New Mexico Hospitals and is excited to stay on to complete her PGY2 in Pediatrics. Her professional interests include nephrology, thrombosis, and neonatal intensive care. Lauren enjoys reading, knitting/crocheting, playing video games, and playing volleyball.
Oggy is an eight-year-old Heeler mix from Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the PetSmart Puppy Training Course in 2017. His professional interests include hiking, meeting cats, playing fetch, and napping. In his free time, Oggy enjoys eating eggs and chicken-flavored treats.
My Dude (MD) is a seven-year-old gray tabby from Omaha, Nebraska. Despite being a scaredy cat, he bravely went on multiple airplane rides and is now a seasoned traveler. His professional interest is people watching from the windowsill. In his free time, MD enjoys catnip, fish-flavored treats, sleeping, and late-night zoomies.
Fiona is a nine-year-old orange tabby also from Omaha, Nebraska. She is curious, independent, and friendly. Her professional interest is basking in the sun. In her free time, she enjoys meeting new people, eating, sleeping, and trying to steal food from your dinnerplate.
