Andrea was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology at Whitman College and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Oregon State University and Oregon Health and Science University. Her professional interests lie at the intersection of infectious disease and immunocompromise, especially in oncology and transplant patients. To recharge, Andrea enjoys exploring the outdoors through biking (mountain, gravel, and cyclocross), snowboarding, camping, or just enjoying a cup of tea outside.
Stephanie is from Albuquerque New Mexico. She earned her BS in Pharmaceutical sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy from University of New Mexico. Her professional interest are in oncology, thrombosis and hemostasis, and ambulatory care. In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and crocheting fun art figures.
Katie grew up in Bozeman, Montana. She earned her PharmD from Idaho State University. Her professional interests include critical care and emergency medicine. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, and exploring Albuquerque.
Prachi is from Boston, Massachusetts, and is excited to bring a little East Coast energy to New Mexico! She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Rhode Island (Rhody, Rhody, Rhody!). Prachi’s passion for ambulatory care stems from the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and focus on chronic disease management. She has plans to pursue her Pharmacist Clinician license to expand her scope of practice and improve access to care. Outside of pharmacy, she can be found lifting weights, searching for the best vanilla iced latte, planning her next adventure or scrapbooking.
Freshta is from Kabul, Afghanistan and grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico. Her professional interests include thrombosis and hemostasis as well as critical care. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, hiking, and traveling.
Maya was born in San Antonio, Texas. She earned her B.S. in Microbiology & Immunology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and her Pharm.D. from the University of Texas at Austin (hook ’em!). She also earned her M.S. in Biomedical Informatics from UT Health Houston while in pharmacy school. Her professional interests include hematology & oncology, gender-affirming care, and HIV clinic. In her free time, Maya likes to try new restaurants, watch TV/movies, and spending time with friends & family.
Isaac was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science at Northern Arizona University. He earned his Master of Business Administration and Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of New Mexico. He completed his PGY1 training at UNMH and is continuing his training as a PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy resident. He is also working to complete a pharmacist clinician certification. In his free time, he enjoys exploring National Parks, rock climbing, and spending time with friends and family.
Miranda was born and raised in Las Vegas, New Mexico. She earned both a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico. She completed her PGY1 Residency training at UNMH and is excited to continue her residency journey with UNM as a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Resident. Miranda plans to pursue her Pharmacist Clinician license to expand her clinical scope and provider care for the residents of New Mexico. Outside of pharmacy, she enjoys hunting down the perfect matcha, traveling, working out, and spending time with family and friends in the Land of Enchantment.
Devin grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of New Mexico. He completed his PGY1 at UNMH and is excited to continue his journey here as the PGY2 critical care resident. His professional interests include medical intensive care, cardiothoracic intensive care, thrombosis and hemostasis, infectious disease, and precepting. In his free time, Devin enjoys traveling with his wife, playing video games, and working out.
Lauryn grew up in Langhorne, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Studies and her Doctor of Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy at Saint Joseph's University. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Jefferson Abington Hospital in Abington, Pennsylvania and is excited to begin her training at UNMH as the PGY2 infectious diseases pharmacy resident. Her professional interests include HIV management and antimicrobial stewardship. In her free time, Lauryn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
Kendrick was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. He earned his PharmD from the University of Florida and completed his PGY-1 at Mayo Clinic Florida. His professional interests include using evidence-based decisions in system improvements to benefit patient care outcomes. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, working out, and trying new restaurants.
Morgan was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She earned her B.S in Biology at Baylor University, her MPH at Samford University and her PharmD at University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her PGY-1 at Ochsner Health in New Orleans, Louisiana. In her free time, she loves to craft (always trying new things), read, and spend time with her dog, Daisy.
Chelsea was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and her PharmD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tar Heels!). She completed her PGY1 at UNMH and is excited to stay on to complete her PGY2 in Pediatrics. Within pediatrics, her professional interests include critical care, hematology/oncology, and pulmonology. During her free time, she enjoys painting/drawing, cooking, taking pilates classes, and going to farmers markets.
Kyle grew up in San Diego, CA. He attended UC Davis to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular biology. He then went on to pursue his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Kyle completed his PGY1 at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR and is excited to continue his residency journey as the PGY2 THM resident at UNMH. His professional interests include pediatrics, critical care medicine, and ECMO management.

Toro is a four-and-a-half-year-old terrier mix from San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Petco Puppy Training in 2022. His professional interests include playing with his friends at the doggy park and eating things he shouldn’t. In his free time, Toro enjoys begging for more food and sleeping.
