BATCAVE   

Get advanced trauma care experience—virtually—at UNM. Our School of Medicine is home to the Basic Advanced Trauma Computer Assisted Virtual Experience (BATCAVE). This is a state-of-the-art simulation program designed to replicate clinical experiences. 

In the BATCAVE, you can train in a range of breakout rooms and classrooms. Labs include: 

• A birthing simulator  
• A pediatric simulator  
• Three adult simulators 
• Three infant simulators
