Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program
Pursue advanced studies in the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program (BSGP) and engage with College of Pharmacy Faculty. Graduate students enrich their learning through a partnership between which the University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and the University of New Mexico School of Medicine.
Advanced Degree Options
A variety of biomedical sciences concentrations are available for these degree paths:
- Doctor of Philosophy
- Doctor of Philosophy/Doctor of Medicine
- Master of Science
Toxicology and Pharmaceutical Sciences
Conduct research while learning alongside faculty in the UNM College of Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Sciences Department. This department includes multiple scientific disciplines related to discovering, developing, and evaluating new drugs and therapies:
- Drug design and chemical biology
- Drug metabolism
- Pharmaceutics and drug delivery
- Pharmacodynamics
- Pharmacogenomics
- Pharmacokinetics
- Toxicology
Curriculum
