Pharmaceutical Sciences is an interdisciplinary field that prepares graduates for careers in pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, universities and research centers, national laboratories and federal agencies such as the FDA and EPA.
Students can enroll in the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program (BSGP) or the Nanoscience and Microsystems (NSMS) program, depending on their background and research interests. BSGP students should enroll in PHRM 597 (Independent Study) and PHRM 699 (Dissertation) rather than BIOMED courses.
