Applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis as they are submitted. Applicants who fail to meet ACGME training and NM medical license requirements will not be considered. All completed applications of qualified candidates will be considered.
The admissions committee will consist of the program director, associate program director, residency faculty and current residents. Applicants will meet with a representative from the MPH program during their interview day to learn more about the program.
Following an interview, the admissions committee will evaluate each applicant according to established criteria. Final selection of residents is made on a rolling basis. Residents starting off-cycle, for example in January, may be accepted at other times when a position becomes available.
