Tuition and fees are actual costs as approved for 2023-2024.

Tuition for 2023-2024 per term is:

• $10,881 for New Mexico residents
• $22,386 for non-residents and international students

UNM fees for 2023-2024 are $645.50 per term for residents and non-residents

Student Health Insurance Requirement

All PharmD students are required to have their own health insurance or purchase our health insurance. For the 2023-2024 academic year the UNM’s Student Health Plan Rates will be $1,759.38 per term (6 month terms) and will be billed through the UNM Bursar’s Office.

Insurance waivers are offered each term. Please watch for emails with the link to the insurance waiver. Students MUST waive insurance each term to avoid being charged for the UNM Health Insurance.

Residency Information

Most students are eligible to obtain NM residency status and pay resident tuition after the first year.
